At Emanuel Spence Ltd we understand that there are times when you require a price for a job. You may request one below.

Estimating Policy

Whilst estimates are free and we are happy to call, we can only estimate for gas or heating boiler repairs after a Gas Safe registered engineer has identified the problem - our estimators are not qualified to strip down appliances to find a fault. So we advise you book a one hour basic call to identify the fault first, if we find a fault during a gas safety check, service visit or repair we will send you an estimate free of charge as a matter of course.

We do not honour verbal estimates and all estimates are given in writing.

You have a statutory right to change your mind after accepting and estimate, however if you require the work doing within 7 days, we would ask you sign a waiver to this right.
